This policy describes how LINOVAD ("we") collects and uses your personal data when you use the website linovad.com or respond to one of our ads (Meta — Facebook and Instagram — or Google).

1. Who is the data controller?

LINOVAD, trade name of CABINET ZAGOURY (SAS) — 6 boulevard Turgot, 13012 Marseille, France.hello@linovad.com.

2. What data do we collect?

Only the data you send us voluntarily:

through the website's contact form: name, phone number, email address, professional activity;
through the forms of our Meta or Google ads: the same information, exactly as you provide it.

No other data is collected without your knowledge: the website uses no advertising cookies, no tracking cookies, and no audience measurement tool.

3. Why this data?

To get back to you about your request (in particular to arrange the 15-minute introduction video call);
to follow up on the business relationship that may result from it.

Legal basis: your consent and the pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6 of the GDPR).

4. Who has access to your data?

Your data is only used by the LINOVAD team. It is never sold, rented or exchanged. Our technical providers only access it for the operation of the service:

website hosting on a server located in the European Union;
automated routing of your request to our mailbox;
Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd and Google Ireland Ltd, when your request goes through one of their advertising forms (their own privacy policies then also apply).

5. How long do we keep it?

Three years at most after our last exchange, unless a contractual relationship is in progress. You can request its deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability over your data. To exercise it, write to hello@linovad.com — we reply within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

7. Security

The website is served over HTTPS and your requests are transmitted encrypted. We strictly limit access to your data to the people who need it to answer you.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated; the date at the top of the page prevails. In the event of a substantial change, the information will be displayed on this page.
